Coaching is supportive on numerous occasions. We define it as a goal-oriented and individually designed short-term-development for your own (leader-) personality.
We focus on practical, day-to-day leadership topics and work with various approaches of solution-orientated short-term-methods, client-orientated negotiation, elements of gestalt-psychology, relaxation techniques and feedback.
We use the special tool of wingwave-coaching as a short-term mental coaching approach for:
1. Resource- and Performance-Coaching
We are focusing factors of success such as visualization of goals, positive self-motivation, increase of creativity, self-perception-coaching and a convincing charisma. Or the mental preparation for top performances – like an important presentation, negotiation or meeting (‘in-vivo-coaching’).
2. Belief-Coaching
We make you aware of beliefs which are limiting your performance and turn them into resource-beliefs. The goal is an emotionally stable basis of beliefs which can resist even high mental sophisticated demands.
3. Regulation of stress of performance
We care for an effective balance of stressing issues, i.e. social conflicts in your team, in your leadership business, with employees or customers, stress when standing in the spotlight, exam nerves or fear of flying.
