- Education in systemic coaching and counseling (B. Schmidt, F. Simon, G. Weber), group dynamics (K. Antons) and communicational psychology (F. Schulz von Thun)
- Advanced training in organizational development, psychotherapy, experiental and outdoor education, interventions for large-scale groups (e.g. appreciative inquiry, real-time-strategic-change-conferences)
- Self-awareness and further training in systemic reconstruction of families and organizations (Hellinger) and methods of body-orientated psychology (bioenergetics)
- Continuous supervision and coaching by different consultants
