We offer concepts to harmonize leadership values and leadership behavior in your organization or division. In the process we use individual and team-coaching as well as seminars, trainings, workshops or large-group interventions.
We design leadership-development-programs. Thereby we focus on the participants’ developmental objectives as well as on the transfer into practice. A web-based platform can be used for transfer coaching, exchange of experiences and for mutual support by the participants or the trainers. The supervisors take over an active and supporting role in the developmental process of the participant. In addition to that we use individual action plans, transfer-coaching and peer-feedback.
A development center might take place before the kick-off-workshop. The seminar modules include leadership topics as well as personality development, starting with conflict-resolution and change management up to the efficient use of business tools (e.g. meetings, presentations, workshops).
